Description
Stuffed zucchini is the main dish , consists of meat and vegetables . The recipe is for summer, as the dish can be eaten hot or cold.

Spoon remove the middle from the zucchini.
Put the zucchini in a container.
Meat cut into pieces , season with salt and pepper.
Onions cut into half rings.
Pepper cut into strips , carrots to RUB on a large grater.
Fry in sunflower oil until Golden brown onion , tipping the pan to remove excess oil. Fry in sunflower oil carrots, tilt the pan to remove excess oil.
Stuff the zucchini with meat , onions, carrots, peppers, zucchini on bottom of pan to pour hot water (4 -5 cm ), salt and pepper.
