Description

Stuffed zucchini is the main dish , consists of meat and vegetables . The recipe is for summer, as the dish can be eaten hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Onion

    300 g

  • Pepper

    300 g

  • Tomato

    300 g

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Sunflower oil

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Zucchini cut in half.

Spoon remove the middle from the zucchini.

Put the zucchini in a container.
