Precocious pies with liver and vegetables
Great patties, which are prepared once or twice!) And if You, like me love a little dough and lots of toppings then this is for You!)The filling can be ANY - this cabbage, potatoes, apples, berries, cheese, etc. Only for sweet pies, the amount of salt reduce. The same dough you can make patties for frying. Proving test is not done!!! Beaker-250ml.

Ingredients

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cream

    70 ml

  • Salt

  • Spices

First, prepare the filling. Chicken liver wash and cut into small cubes and fry. Then add the liver, onions and carrots diced. Fry 5 minutes, add cream, season with salt and pepper and let it sit for 5-7 minutes more. Give the filling to cool!

In warm water add sugar, salt and yeast. Mix well.
