My twisted bun with Provencal herbs and garlic are so delicious that you can't stop, very fragrant, soft, air!!! Ingredients

  • Flour

    3.5 cup

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    80 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • A mixture of spices

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Yeast pour a little warm milk to dissolve.

In milk dissolve sugar, salt, add the egg, vegetable oil, and pour in the dissolved yeast.

Enter the sifted flour.

Knead the dough, cover with film and put in a warm place. After an hour knead the dough, cover and let the dough another hour to ferment.

To prepare a Provencal (French) herbs, cloves of garlic peel and finely chop.

Roll the dough into a rectangle, grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle herbs de Provence and garlic.
