Description
Warm salad with pears, grilled cheese and chicken. Quite an unusual combination of fried cheese and chicken with pear, cranberries and greens will not leave anyone indifferent! This is a truly spring dish! It pleases the brightness of colors and original taste!

Cooking
Mix in a flat plate of dry spices (Basil and paprika) and salt. Roll chicken in this mixture on both sides and fry in olive oil.
Greens wash, dry on a towel. Grind (we can hand porate into small pieces) and put in a bowl.
Cheese cut into cubes and fry in warmed dry pan (we need to cheese to save the form)
In a bowl on top of greens put fried cheese.
Chicken cut into cubes and spread on cheese.
Pear wash. Cut into thin slices and add to bowl with salad. The cranberries (if large) cut in half and also add to bowl with salad. (you can use dried cranberries, then the taste will be slightly different, more relaxed).
In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing for the salad - mix olive oil, zest of one lemon and juice of 1/2 lemon.
The salad, sprinkle with black pepper and mix well. Before serving, pour dressing.
