Eggplant, tomatoes, peppers, carrots are cooked quickly in a steamer. Eggs dietary.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

  • Carrots

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

    0.5 tsp

Cooking
