Pea nuts
I want to offer old-recipe Armenian cuisine - pea nuts. Nuts savory, delicious and hearty.

Ingredients

  • Peas

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Saffron

  • Cardamom

    1 pinch

Peas rinse and place in a pot of water (in the ratio 1:2), bring to a boil. After boiling, simmer for 30-40 minutes on low heat.

Walnuts chop not very finely, to taste.

Peas are ready to break the blender.

In pea puree add the nuts and raisins washed.

Add salt, cardamom, saffron and beat again blender.

From the resulting mass roll into balls the size of a walnut and roll in chopped nuts.

Lemon cut into disks and lay out on a dish.
