Description
The taste of this cake is impossible to forget. Cake is very loved in our family. The combination of very ripe pear, lemon peel, cinnamon in the end gives a taste of custard.

Cooking
Prepare our ingredients. Pears need to take a very ripe and juicy. Caution should be cinnamon: just a pinch or on the tip of a knife, otherwise it can spoil.
In a saucepan whisk the eggs with the sugar.
Melt 100 gr. butter. I do it on the fire.
Put the saucepan with the eggs in a water bath. To this saucepan add the melted butter, honey.
And stir that honey and sugar are well dissolved.
Remove the saucepan from the heat, sift the flour and baking powder.
Add cinnamon and lemon zest.
Stir well. The dough is like thick cream.
Quickly (it can be done in advance, but I didn't want to stack with pear juice) clean out the pear and cut into cubes, slices.
Pour the batter into the pan (I have 22), spread on top of pears and as if to push evenly. Bake at 180 for 35 minutes.
