Cooking

step-0
I didn't know exactly how to paint better, and therefore can tell you how it really was... Gathered with friends in the evening to watch Boxing, but that "the chew" for this case, not determined. I listened to all wishes, decided to cook a pizza with fried zucchini and onion rings in batter. Zucchini sliced in circles, rolled in flour with salt. Onion rings in batter. All roasted.
step-1
Knead the dough: 2 cups flour, yeast, spices for pizza, salt, sunflower oil and water so that the dough is elastic and smooth. Covered with foil and left to approach.
step-2
While the dough rises, prepare the filling and sauce. The filling took fried zucchini, sausage, ham, bacon, tomato and grated cheese. For the sauce mixed with the tomato pasta with grated garlic and ground mixture of peppers.
step-3
The dough came, divided into 2 parts (for 2 pizza), one was wrapped in a bag and put it in the fridge, you never know... Roll a ball to a thickness of 0.5 cm, put on a baking sheet with parchment and pierced with a fork across the surface to swell in the oven.
step-4
Smeared with sauce, sprinkled with cheese, posted on the edge of the layers of courgettes, sliced meat, tomatoes and sprinkled with cheese.
step-5
Then cut diagonally from the middle to the filling into 8 sectors.
step-6
Wrapped the corners, thus obtaining a "crown"
step-7
Sent in the oven (200*C) on average. After 10 minutes, pulled out, smeared tomato sauce and again sprinkle with cheese. Put another 10 minutes on the upper level.
