So, let's begin. To start remove everything from the oven and turn on her fire so she can warm up. In the meantime peel potatoes and cut arbitrarily. Spread in a baking dish. Salt
On top of the potatoes spread frozen vegetables. I had cauliflower and Brussels sprouts, carrots, green peas and green beans
Now make the filling. In Cup sour cream cut the bunch of greens. My beam was as thick as my arm, so I cut half of the beam. Mixed greens with sour cream and pour on our vegetables. Stir and put in oven on a medium heat
After 30 minutes in the oven sprinkle the vegetables with grated cheese and leave for 5-7 minutes to prepare.
Cheese should melt and "flow" in the veggies :) the Main thing that cheese does not harden and does not become a "sole". But it is a matter of taste...
