Saltison with kartikami and skin
As we saw in the meat pork caltiki, and thought what they can cook. The site found only one recipe - stuffed caltiki - but decided not to, because my husband is not very friendly with the cartilage. And as saltison fine fat, they were received with enthusiasm, I decided to add Saltykov, and not lost.

Ingredients

  • Skin pork

    700 g

  • Offal

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    10 tooth

Cooking

Wash well the skin and caltiki and boil. Cook for 3 hours after boiling.

Half an hour before end of cooking add the Bay leaves, carrots and onions diced.

Parse caltiki for meat. Garlic three on a fine grater. Combine the skins, caltiki, garlic and spices and all mix well.
