Cooking
Flour, sugar and vanilla sugar mix, chopped butter and knead the dough. For half an hour put the dough in the cold.
Roll it out into a layer 1/2 cm thick, cut out biscuits, gently move (e.g. with a knife) on a leaf. Bake at 200*C for 10 minutes. Time, of course, depends on the oven, cookies should be slightly Golden.
Of powdered sugar and lemon juice to make a glaze. The cookies stick together in pairs with raspberry jam and on top put the icing. Most importantly, wait until the glaze hardens (and it happens very quickly), and then have time to enjoy the wonderfully delicate cookies, because they disappear with cosmic speed.
