Baked eggplant with cheese
A delicious appetizer of eggplant. Prepared quickly and easily available products. Delicious hot or cold. Without losing flavor and on the second day. Recipe found on the Internet, slightly changed to your taste.

Ingredients

Wash and dry eggplant. Cut into slices 0.8 - 1cm.

In bowl mix oil, salt (careful as you add the cheese), pepper and spices (I added garlic powder and herbes de Provence)

Baking tray lay a parchment paper. Each slice of eggplant to grease with a brush flavored oil (a little) and lay on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 180° in the position of the upper-lower heat. It took me 30 minutes. Depends on the oven and varieties of eggplant.

While the eggplant is baked, grate the cheese and cheese. Sauce I usually cook myself from the tomato, today used tomatoes, diced from a can.

After 30 minutes, preheat the oven broiler. On each slice of eggplant put approximately a teaspoon of pizza sauce.

After 5 minutes - ready. Delicious hot or cold. I recommend to wait for eggplant to cool a bit and cheese "grab," then you can put in a plate and not be afraid that the eggplant sleuths.
