Cooking
Buckwheat cover with cold water, add salt and simmer according to package instructions (10 minutes). Cool.
Parsley and tarragon chop.
From olives to remove the pits, chop the garlic.
Sesame flour to combine with the olive oil. Mix all the prepared foods.
In the mixture add the soy sauce and lemon juice. All grind in a blender until smooth.
