Cooking
Dough: In a bowl mix the ingredients for dough and knead well.
Roll out the dough and spread in a greased form. Poke with a fork. Send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
Filling: jars of figs drain the juice (but do not empty - he will need it!!) Inzerci cut in half. Mix the champagne with the fusion juice. All liquids must be 750 ml. - if not enough - add water. Pudding powder, pour a small amount of liquid, mix and pour all the remaining. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and pour half of figs. Mix well.
Spread on prepared dough.
Fill Eggs whipped to a foam,gradually add sugar and beat another couple of minutes. Powder for the sauce dissolve in a small amount of champagne. Pour the rest of the champagne and pour into jaychou mass. Mix well.
Pour this layer of figs. Oven somewhere 50-60 minutes at 200 degrees.
The finished cake to leave in the mold until completely cool.
