Hello, dear cooks! For my family, I cooked a delicious and healthy dessert. I suggest to you to try it - will be loaded with energy, vitamins, good mood and cheers! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    400 ml

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Cherry

    1 handful

  • Drain

    1 handful

  • Mandarin

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Bran

    1 Tbsp

  • Flax seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Oat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

To prepare bran, flax seeds, and cereals.

Flax seeds and flakes grind in a coffee grinder. Wash and dry the fruit. Cherry and plum have me frozen.

Plum and tangerine I cut up the cube. Finely chopped ginger. Lifted lemon zest on a fine grater.
