  • Cinnamon

  • Leavening agent

  • Pear

  • Dry white wine

    200 ml

  • Cinnamon

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Sugar

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

1) To prepare the filling, wash the pears, cut them in half, remove the stalk and core. Heat the wine with cinnamon and sugar.
