Carrot cookies
The cookie is not sweet. Taste about like a cracker. Dough with the addition of carrot juice and grated carrots, which determines the taste.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    50 ml

  • Corn flour

    50 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Nutmeg

    0.125 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.125 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Mix two kinds of flour.

Make a deepening in the middle, put the chilled, chopped butter.

Grind butter with flour into crumbs, add the salt, nutmeg and ground ginger.

On macovigilance squeeze 50 ml of carrot juice.

Carrot juice to pour in a depression made in the flour.

Add the carrots, grated on a fine grater.

Mix well. Knead the dough. Roll it into a ball, wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

On a silicone Mat and spread the batter we pour a bit of flour. Prepared divide the dough into 4 parts. While working with one piece of dough, put the rest in the fridge.

From one part of the dough roll out the sausage. Divide sausage into 6 equal portions. Then roll out each stick.

Rolled sticks spread on prepared baking sheet. Put bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes until Golden color.
