The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2007 by user Marina called "meat Salad" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". The salad turns out tender and hearty!

PREPARATION: For the salad we will need the following products.
Boil beef fillet, but for this time, prepare the vegetables. Shred the carrot slicer.
Fry in small amount of vegetable oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
While the carrots cool, cut into half rings and blanchere red onion.
Cut boiled beef into strips.
For a change I decided to make two versions of the salad, but you can do so is to fill the salad sauce and dressing. Make the dressing for the first option - olive oil, red wine vinegar, lime juice and garlic.
For the second option for the sauce is mayonnaise mixed with ketchup,I had a pet tomato seasoning "Appetite", I used it for the sauce.
So, I mixed all the ingredients for the salad.
The first option of filling, covered and let stand for two hours, saturated, ideally, to eat the next day.
The second option with the sauce, to soak.
