Cooking
For the marinade mix all the ingredients.
Lubricate the prepared chicken with the marinade (leave a little for roasting). Leave in a cool place for 1 hour.
Dates remove seeds, chop.
Mix with boiled buckwheat and sent through a press garlic. Salt.
Fill with a stuffing of chicken. Chicken wrap in foil and put bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
To get the chicken, foil to expand. Grease the chicken with the remaining marinade and put to bake for another 15 minutes, until crisp.
