Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1.5 kg

  • Buckwheat

    100 g

  • Cards

    30 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Turmeric

    5 g

  • Cinnamon

    2 g

  • Nutmeg

    2 g

  • Black pepper

    1 g

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

For the marinade mix all the ingredients.

Lubricate the prepared chicken with the marinade (leave a little for roasting). Leave in a cool place for 1 hour.

Dates remove seeds, chop.

Mix with boiled buckwheat and sent through a press garlic. Salt.

Fill with a stuffing of chicken. Chicken wrap in foil and put bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
