Something similar was prepared in the summer on the grill, I wanted to try at home.. came out very tasty. You have in mind for the contest "Fast from Moulinex".
Ingredients

Vegetable oil

Bread crumbs

Mushrooms

Garlic
2 tooth
Cooking
My large mushrooms, dried, remove the stem. Cut into 2 halves.
Add finely sliced garlic, salt, pepper and fill with vegetable oil. Marinade for about 10 minutes.
Dip them in flour.
Again in our marinade and then in the breadcrumbs. Trying to squeeze more tightly. Fry in vegetable oil. Will be ready for the fact that some of the breading will crumble. If the dish to prepare as nepolnoe, it is better to dip in beaten egg so the breading will stick one hundred percent. Bon appetit!
