Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    400 g

  • Buckwheat

    3 Tbsp

  • Buckwheat flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 pinch

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vodka

    1 tsp

Cooking

Cabbage divided into florets and blanch in salted water for 3-4 minutes.

Buckwheat grind in a coffee grinder into flour.

To the eggs add the buckwheat flour, salt, pepper, water, baking powder and vodka. Mix well with a fork or whisk.
