Eggplant-burgers
Simple puff portioned snack: cooked quickly disappears from the table with lightning speed. The taste of tender juicy mini burgers.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    150 g

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Mozzarella

    100 g

  • Salt

    10 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cut it into circles to make like sash shell

Season water with salt (to taste) soak the sliced eggplant (about 15 minutes)

Get the eggplant, dry is not necessary. In each of the shells and put the meat

Grease a baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil

Spread the burgers, cover with slices of tomatoes

Put the slices of mozzarella (I had mozzarella with Basil)

Put in a preheated 170°C, bake for about 30 minutes. Take it out and eat
