Garlic croutons with stuffed tomatoes
From a small number of ingredients, you can prepare very tasty, nourishing and beautiful appetizer for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Herring

    180 g

  • Green onions

    6 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread

    3 slice

  • Lettuce

  • Greens

  • Sour cream

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

1. Cut three slices of bread. Cut with a round mold. Circles cut into small pieces.

2. Garlic peel and chop. Fry in a pan, then remove garlic and garlic oil to fry the slices and pieces of bread. Slices of bread can be lubricated with either sour cream or mayonnaise (optional).

7. Fill the tomatoes with the stuffing, cover with lids and cool, about 15 minutes.

8. Then place the tomatoes on garlic bread slices.

9. Put in a serving dish green salad, it is sliced bread with tomatoes, croutons and garnish with greens and a slice of boiled egg. Bon appetit!
