Ginger crackers
Delicious crispy ginger biscuits. Perfect for a buffet table as the basis for snacks and beer. Cooking is a pleasure: simple, fast, delicious!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.75 tsp

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Cheese

    90 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sesame

    30 g

  • Water

    6 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.333 tsp

Prepare the required products.

Mix in a blender the flour, salt, ginger, baking soda and butter. Put into a bowl.

Belebey cheese grate on a fine grater and add to the flour. Mix well.

In the center to make a recess, pour in the cold water and knead the dough. If the dough is bad will be gathered into a ball, add more water.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface in a very thin layer, cut circles with a diameter of 3 cm, prick with a fork.
