Description

Cake
Was going to bake another cheesecake, and baked... but to call it air miracle cheesecake as it is impossible, rather it is gentle as a cloud soufflé. Basis - savoyardy soaked in yoghurt and cherry filling for a slight acidity on the palate. Help yourself. P. S. we Have a very large and very adolescent, the family, and therefore the volume of the pie is decent. So Yes I can bake a half batch for smaller families...

Cooking

step-0
Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar until the sugar is dissolved and the significant increase in volume.
step-1
Grease a baking dish with oil. Yogurt put into a convenient vessel. Dip cookies in yogurt and put into a form.
step-2
In my uniform fit 18 cookies and left the jar of yogurt. In the absence of yogurt on the bottom of the form put a small portion of the cheese mixture and sprinkle cookies.
step-3
In mixing container put cheese, sour cream, starch and sugar syrup (can easily be replaced with sugar to taste).
step-4
To break immersion blender until smooth without lumps.
step-5
Here are whipped with sugar eggs.
step-6
Gently stir the egg mixture into the cheese.
step-7
To fill the cookies with a thin layer of dough. To include a warming oven 180*.
step-8
To put the cherry. My cherries were frozen, of course fresh would be even better, just remember to remove the bones. Yes, cherry, I have not unfrozen.
step-9
Pour the remaining batter.
step-10
Put the form in preheated oven for 1 hour. After 20 minutes I reduced the oven temperature to 150*. Be guided by Your oven!!!
step-11
Look like this turned out!!! You can cool... but I went around in circles and cut a slice of still warm pie... Very gently, of the air, sweet with light sour cherry. Bon appetit!!!
