Chocolate cake with sesame and sunflower seeds
This attractive dessert pie made from chocolate-sesame biscuit with a filling of peaches. Served both cold and hot.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    0.75 cup

  • Sunflower seeds

    0.25 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Peach

    400 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sesame

    1 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

Our ingredients are.

First make the dough. Mix flour with seeds (do not fry). Blend butter with flour mixture to a state of crumbs. Add water and knead a soft dough. Put into the refrigerator for 10 min.

For the filling, carefully separate the syrup from the peaches. Mash the butter with the sugar until the mixture is airy and smooth. Beat eggs.

Add the eggs to the butter mixture, stir gently. Add sesame seeds, cocoa, mix well. Roll the dough and put in a form, making a side. Put the stuffing.

Peaches to put on top of filling, pressing slightly.

Bake in the oven at 200*C for 30 minutes.
