Cooking
In a blender or coffee grinder grind the walnuts with the flour. I do this in the grinder "pulsating" way to nuts has not allocated oil.
In steinicke melt the butter. Hold fire a little longer than usual to have a light nutty flavor. Cools it.
With a mixer, beat whites with sugar. Add ground flour, walnuts, baking powder and salt. Gently stir with a spatula in a circular motion from the bottom up.
Add the butter and olive oil. And lightly stir.
Add feta and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir. Leave the dough for about an hour in a cool place.
Molds for muffins sprinkle chopped oregano...
And fill them with dough. Bake in a preheated 170-180 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
