Yeast cake with strawberries
Very tasty cake with strawberry filling and strzelam! Soft and fluffy, moderately sweet and very fragrant.

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Milk

    125 ml

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Yeast

    1.75 tsp

  • Salt

  • Leavening agent

  • Corn flakes

    30 g

  • Strawberry

    500 g

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

For the dough: heat the milk and 125 ml, melt in it butter 25 gr. Sift flour 250 grams, add 50 grams sugar, salt, yeast, milk and add the yolk. Knead a smooth dough. Cover and leave in a warm place until the volume increases by half.

For stresses: melt the butter. Mix the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.

Add the melted butter and egg yolk.

Mix all. Add cereal, mix lightly.

Strawberries wash, peel, cut into halves/quarters. Had a little bit more cherry. The strawberries I added the starch and gently stirred.

Roll the dough on a baking sheet (the form in diameter 28 cm). Let rise for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle the strawberries.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until tender.
