Description
I want to offer you a roll with two toppings. Despite the fact that it is made from pita bread, a roll is easily suited for the festive table. I will not reveal all the secrets and invited to the tasting.

Cooking
Prunes pour hot water to become soft.
Meat stew in water until soft with the addition of Bay leaf, nutmeg and salt.
You will need buckwheat flakes, I have a TM Mistral.
Onions finely cut and fry until Golden color.
Add buckwheat flakes to the onions and stir. Cover with water, boil one minute, turn off the heat and close the lid. Add salt to taste.
Prunes, finely chop and combine with meat.
Add sour cream and stir. The first filling is ready.
Buckwheat flakes to shift in a bowl (allow to cool a little) and add the whipped protein mix. The second filling is ready.
One sheet of pita to grease with sour cream, spread a layer of meat filling.
Cover with the second pita.
To grease with a little sour cream and spread the filling from meat and prunes. Spread the filling and coat with sour cream need quickly. If you permanently leave the pita bread, it will become soft and the curl will be torn.
Twist the roll and brush with egg yolk.
Sprinkle walnuts. Put the loaf in the oven (200-220 degrees) for 15-20 minutes. The loaf should be browned and the edges crisp a little.
