Eggplant casserole with mushrooms
A simple and tasty dish can also serve as an addition to the main dish and side dish.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sour cream

    3 l

  • Sunflower oil
