Toast on a baguette with roasted red fish
Tasty and spicy grilled red fish.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    300 g

  • Black pepper

    0.125 tsp

  • Salt

    0.125 tsp

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Baguette

    1 piece

We prepare everything we will need for these toasts

Put the fish in foil, pepper, salt, wrap and put into the oven for 15 minutes with t-180-200 C.

Baguette cut into pieces about 20 cm and the pieces cut in half lengthwise. Spread the baguette in the oven on a rack for 2 minutes to dry slightly and beautifully skumanich. Do not tumble dry!!!

Make it spread on a baguette. Combine the honey and 2 kinds of mustard into a smooth paste.

On toasted baguette spread the filling and spread a thin layer or according to your taste.

Our fish is ready, mash it with a fork into small pieces.
