Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Nuts

    2 handful

  • Cranberry

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chili

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Peel the vegetables, wash and slice. Put the prepared vegetables in a large, heat-resistant form.

Sprinkle with nuts and cranberries, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Mix well and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30-40 minutes (focus on your oven). Remove from oven and stir every 15 minutes, so nothing got burned! When the vegetables are ready, let cool slightly. Add sour cream (I have this time sour cream was added), orange juice, chilli peppers. Using a blender to crush, but not puree! Must remain pieces of nuts and vegetables and cranberries! If necessary, some more salt!
