Curry beef and pumpkin
After a successful experiment with pumpkin decided to continue. Now with a different meat - beef and curry. The taste is very interesting for lovers of spicy dishes. But meat cooked in this recipe, so soft, just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

  • Onion

  • Vegetable oil

  • Broth

    600 ml

Cut the meat into slices, heat in Tolstoganova pan or wok the oil and fry the meat pieces until Golden brown. After you remove and set aside.

Add curry powder and cinnamon and cook, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes.

Add grated on a grater tomatoes, meat, pour the juice of one lemon, pour broth and simmer for 1.5 hours.

10-15 minutes before it is ready to enter the pumpkin slices, salt to taste, increase heat and cook without a lid until cooked pumpkin. Pumpkin should be soft and the sauce be.
