Pelengas with stuffing
Tender, juicy fish-pelengas stuffed with crab sticks, cheese. In the original Ira (Vaynerman-thanks for the recipe) fish-salmon.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Soft cheese

    200 g

  • Crab sticks

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    4 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Greens

    3 Tbsp

Each piece pelengasa incision along, not dorezaya about 1/2-1 cm to the end, season with salt and pepper

Crab sticks to RUB through grater, add Basil and finely chopped dill,

Cheese. Mix all ingredients for the filling.

The resulting pocket to fill with stuffing. Lay thus prepared pieces in a baking dish, cover with foil and place in a preheated 200*C oven for about 20-25 minutes.
