Cooking
First make the filling: carrots grate
Onion cut into not very large, garlic finely chop
Put in sauce pan and stew until soft, add spices, salt and pepper to taste.
Dough: In a saucepan pour the water and butter to boil, cool slightly
Add 1 Cup of flour, mix well, add the egg.
The remaining flour, knead a soft dough.
Roll the dough out to a thickness of 0.5 cm, spread the stuffing
Cut the roll into pieces about 2-3 cm and put in the pan, where stewed carrots and onions. So "flowers" is not broke, we decided this way: after each cut end of the roll to close and re-cut.
Hot water mixed with tomato paste, salt, turmeric and add sour cream. The words of the author: (you can make another sauce, at your discretion)
To fill rolls, so that the water completely covered them, and stew until tender on medium heat on the stove. Top cover lid.
