Rolls with carrots and onions
Delicious, tender rolls with vegetable filling. Recipe from Allery (Ira) - thank you, with slight modifications.

Ingredients

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Coriander

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

First make the filling: carrots grate

Onion cut into not very large, garlic finely chop

Put in sauce pan and stew until soft, add spices, salt and pepper to taste.
