Chicken Breasts in orange sauce
Tender meat with a delicious sauce.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    125 ml

  • Orange juice

    125 ml

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Shallots

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken breast

    500 g

  • Butter

    100 g

Cooking

Meat cut into medium-sized pieces

Fry on one side (the pieces can be roll in flour)

Orange juice and chicken broth, cover and simmer 10 min.
