Chicken salad
A nice salad, like every day, and on the occasion. Can be served as a La carte sundae dish, you can just as layered salad.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • Greens

  • Basil

  • Chicken fillet

  • Cheese

  • Bread

  • Soy sauce

  • Vegetable oil

  • Paprika sweet

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Mix soy sauce, paprika and vegetable oil, to soak in this sauce chicken for 30 minutes. (true, I took for my salad, the pork salted. Also tasty)

Cabbage, dill, parsley, Basil, chop onion, mix with mayonnaise and spread on the bottom of the pan.

Grate cheese.

Cut into cubes white bread and fry in a pan to crackers.

Chicken cut into thin slices and fry until Golden brown. Roasted meat cut into strips and spread on the mixture with mayonnaise (in my case pork)

Sprinkle top with cheese, hot croutons and a little cheese again. You can decorate the top with fresh cucumber, sliced it nicely.
