Cooking
I like baking with coconut, I decided to try some.
Pineapple spread on a sieve for draining liquid, then cut into pieces. Turn on the oven to 180*C (the dough is prepared quickly, just the oven heats up) the Butter, sugar and eggs, gradually adding milk, salt, flour and baking powder. Then add coconut and gently mix up the dough with slices of pineapple. The dough is ready.
Fill the molds for muffins (if you are not using the cuff, the molds must be lubricated). Bake at 180*C for 20-25 minutes.

The cupcakes are soft with a pronounced coconut flavor and juicy fresh pieces of pineapple inside. From this number of products I got 22 muffins, the size of the cookie cutters 5 cm.
