Risotto
This easy vegetable risotto - one of the favorite in my house!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Figure

    200 g

  • Broth

    3 cup

  • Parmesan

    100 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Onion cut into rings.

Fry in vegetable oil.

Cut into small cubes pepper.

Add it to the onions.

There also add the mushrooms.

Fry all of our vegetables for about 5 minutes, until the mushrooms are soft.

In a separate skillet (deep) over high heat fry the rice (2-3 minutes).

Turn down the fire and, gently stirring, slowly pour the broth into the rice.

Leave the pan on low heat until cooked - the rice should absorb all the broth.

Now add the rice our vegetables, mix well. Add cheese (grated), parsley, salt, pepper, stir and keep for another low heat for 2 minutes.

That's it - the risotto is ready!
