Cooking
Most of the time is Mac. So we fill it with boiling water, cover and leave for an hour or 2.
In warm milk with sugar, dilute the yeast, leave for 10 minutes to rise.
At this time, melt the butter with margarine. In such proportions the dough turns very soft and tender.
Mix yeast mixture with oil, add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon. Stir up with a whisk. Half of the eggs leave for lubrication.
Gradually powdering flour, make dough soft, alipose hands. Leave for an hour to rise in a warm place.
I came like never! Punch down the risen dough.
Now cook homemade chocolate. To do this, boil the milk, add the cocoa first, then sugar, vanilla, butter and cook, stirring, 4-5 minutes until light thick. And let a little cool.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. One will be with poppy, the second - with chocolate-nut filling. Roll out one part into a rectangle, sprinkle with nuts, raisins and lightly press them into the dough so that when the twisting of the roll they are not transformed.
Pour warm chocolate, spread it gently across the surface.
Fold on a baking sheet with parchment. Leave to come.
Strained poppy seeds with sugar grind in a blender. Roll out second piece of dough and put the filling. Also roll up the roll, cut, send it on a baking sheet.
Put some egg, beaten with milk, and send snail approached in a preheated 175 gr. the oven for 25-30 mins until Golden brown. Such are the poppy work.
My husband likes more of a poppy, and I prefer chocolate!!
