Cooking
First prepare the caramelized cereal. I recommend to prepare more and store in a sealed glass jar. You can add them to yogurt, ice cream, etc. Into the pan put the butter and brown sugar melt.
Take the flakes oat bran "Mistral".
Add the cereal to the sugar and butter.
Stirring constantly, caramelize the cereal. It takes about 2 minutes. Remove the cereal from the pan, mash, allow to cool.
Take cottage cheese and any fruit yogurt, I got the pear with vanilla. Beat with a mixer in a homogeneous mass.
Take the pears, peel, cut in small cubes, add to the yogurt with cottage cheese. Stir.
Assemble the dessert. Take a tall glass or a sundae dish. On the bottom put a few spoonfuls of caramelized cereals.
Next, put half of the cream cheese with the pear.
Add blueberries I had frozen.
