Cabbage meatballs
Kale – vitamin a vegetable from which you can cook a variety of delicious soups, salads and side dishes. Today I made cabbage burgers. Patties from fresh cabbage – a great vegetarian dish. Recommend.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    500 g

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bread crumbs

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    100 g

Cooking

Shinkuem cabbage (not big but not small).

Put on the fire a frying pan and pour the milk.

When the milk starts to boil, add the butter.

Once the butter has melted, spread our cabbage. Simmer for 7 minutes.

Then we gradually add the semolina and stir.

Add salt and stir. Cover with lid and simmer for another 10 minutes.

After cabbage stew, we put in a Cup and leave to cool.

In a separate plate pour the breadcrumbs.

Begin forming patties. Take a small amount of our cabbage and form a cutlet. Coat it in breadcrumbs. In the same way and do the rest of the patties.

Put our patties in the pan, put it on the fire.

And fry them in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.
