Salad of couscous and vegetables
Hearty salad with bright fresh taste, looks quite colorful. Just what you need on a autumn day!

Ingredients

  • Couscous

    220 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Olive oil

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

Prepare foods that we need.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the honey with the oil and 400 ml of broth.

A pumpkin placed in a refractory form and cover with broth. Bake for 40 min.

Couscous pour the remaining hot broth, leave for a few minutes.

Add the parsley, salt and oil, mix well.

Cucumber and avocado peel and cut into cubes. Tomato slice also.

Add the vegetables and lemon juice to couscous kusu, stir again.
