What do we need...
For the dough: take the flour.
Grate the margarine on a coarse grater. Chilled in the freezer, it will get better.
Will zamechaem the dough and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
For the filling: take raw chicken egg.
Grate on a coarse grater carrots.
Mix the eggs and carrots. Salt.
Processed cheese grate on a coarse grater. Chilled in the freezer, they will be better rubbed.
The onion we shall cut cubes.
Simmer the onion in a pan in vegetable oil.
The onion should become translucent, but do not fry. Cool.
Mix the eggs with carrots and onions.
Get the dough from the refrigerator, divide it into 2 parts: 1/3 and 2/3.
Roll out 2/3 dough and place on the pan - the bottom of the pie.
Spread the filling: onions, eggs, carrots.
Sprinkle the top with grated cheese.
1/3 roll out with a rolling pin and close the top of the pie, make the holes.
Send in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
