Ingredients

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

Softened margarine, mix with 200 g of sugar and salt. Separate the whites from the yolks. The yolks one by one into the mass, add the baking powder, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, milk and mix well.

Proteins and 50 g of sugar vzbit in a solid foam, combine with flour and stir.

Combine the two mixtures and mix thoroughly. The dough is obtained as thick cream.

Put the dough in a baking pan, filling slightly more than halfway. Bake in a preheated 190 degrees oven for 40-50 minutes. The cake to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Since my husband loves all the chocolate part of the cupcakes I decided to pour chocolate glaze. The icing did for this recipe: 3 tbsp milk, 2-3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 50 g butter. Boil until boiling.
