Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Jam

    600 g

  • Rum

    3 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    200 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    1 cup

Cooking

Separate the egg yolks from the whites.

Yolks rubbed white with sugar.

Add jam. I had overcooked strawberry jam. I shredded a blender. Had a wonderful strawberry jam. Add the semolina and alcohol.

Beat the whites until stable peaks.

Nuts to chop,

leaving some whole nuts for decoration.

In the dough pour the crushed nuts, very gently stir beaten egg whites.

Put the dough in a greased form. Sprinkle the top with whole almonds and sugar.

Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
