Pecan pie
Crumbly, very sandy crust and soft, dense, nut-caramel filling... if you wanted to try, it's easy.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    12 Tbsp

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    15 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Walnuts

    300 g

  • Cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

Will proseem slide the flour, starch and baking powder. Add salt and crushed chips chilled margarine. Shall pound flour mixture until the consistency of large crumbs.

Add the egg and sugar. Mix until a stretchy dough. The dough roll into a ball, wrap in cling film and put an hour in the refrigerator.

Nuts grind. On a dry pan, gently stirring, over medium heat warm the sugar until it acquires a Golden brown color. Photo color somehow turned even paler.

Add nuts. Cook, stirring constantly, 3 min., then add the cream (you can substitute milk and small grams of five to eight, a piece of butter) and honey. Bring to boil, remove from heat and cool. Turned out funny manure.
