Roasted peppers
Great quick appetizer of pepper and garlic, it turns out very tasty. Prepared, as you can see, very quickly, and I think for variety, you can roast peppers. Just in summer, when growing many different vegetables and, in particular, a salad pepper.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    800 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Sunflower oil

    150 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

    0.25 tsp

  • Greens

    1 coup
