Cooking
Fillet chop to mince with a large knife. Add in the minced half of the melted butter, cream, pepper and salt to taste, parsley (that's my deviation from the recipe), soaked in milk (without crust) and pressed loaf. Good "knead" the meat and put for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Formed into patties. I got 12 PCs.
Dip them in beaten egg...
And roll them in breadcrumbs, flatten, so they were flat.
Fry both sides in vegetable oil 8-10 minutes until Golden brown.
To serve burgers, watering their remaining melted butter with your favorite side dish. I've served with fresh vegetables.
