Cooking
Duck legs wash, dry. Season with salt and pepper.
Form of grease with sunflower oil. Spread legs in shape, add water. Sprinkle with caraway seeds. Cover with foil and bake at 200g for 60 minutes.
All varieties of onion peel and cut in half.
Potatoes wash, dry. Slice into quarters.
After one hour remove the foil. To the legs spread potatoes, onions. Sprinkle with thyme and pumpkin seeds. Add salt and pour sunflower oil (2st. L.) if the duck was lean. Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.
